MidTerm 1

To be held on February 9 in place of the lecture. It will cover the following:

  1.  PID design and tuning 
  2.  Pole placement, including the Smith predictor.

This is a closed-book exam except for a two-sided cheat sheet that you need to prepare. Non-graphical calculators will be allowed.

 

MidTerm 2

To be held on March 6 in place of the lecture. It will cover the following:

  1. Fundamental limitations
  2.   Control architectures
  3.  Q-design

This is a closed-book exam except for a two-sided cheat sheet that you need to prepare. Non-graphical calculators will be allowed.

 

MidTerm 3

To be held on March 22 in place of the lecture. It will cover the following

  1. MIMO analysis
  2. SISO design for MIMO systems

This is a closed-book exam except for a two-sided cheat sheet that you need to prepare. Non-graphical calculators will be allowed.
